3. Scrub hands & cuticles with citrus moisture scrub.

4. Cover hands in a thin layer of citrus illuminating mask (Using a brush will distribute product evenly).

5. Apply one coat of base coat.

6. Apply two/three coats of colour coat. I used Nails Inc Elizabeth Street.

7. Apply one coat of top coat.

8. To make the cuticles soft & conditioned, put Solar Oil & A.H.A Cuticle Eraser on.

Make-Up Storeage Ideas.

Hi my lovelies,
I'm quite excited about this post, i think beauty storeage posts are really inspirational so i decided to do one of my own. For my mineralized skin finishes & blushes by MAC i use a clear acrylic tray (I purchased this from Ebay, this come as a set of six). This works really well as i only have 8 MSF's, this allows me to quickly see them all.

For MAC eyeshadows i love the usual MAC palettes they hold 15 pans. Whats really great about them is they are magnetic, sleek & very sturdy. If you were to take this palette on holiday or drop it, your eyeshadows would still be in once piece. (Palettes are easy to get a hold of on the MAC website or any MAC store).

Then moving onto pigment samples in 5 gram jars. Bead organizers do the job, they hold 18 jars & have a slide lock on the lid. (These can be brought online on either Ebay or craft websites).

Ice cube trays as a lipstick holder? This is a really inexpensive way to store lipsticks mine are from The Range

Moving onto my vase brush storeage, you just need to give it that extra something by decorating your own tag. 1. Get two pieces of beautiful card (one plain/one patterned) remember your plain piece has to fit in the middle of the patterned piece. 2. Ink the edges of the plain card. 3 Attach the plain card to the middle of the patterned card. 4. Write what you want on your tag. 5. You can put a lovely flower with a brad in the middle to give it that special look. Vases from Ikea.

As for the cutlery tray, i like this to put my random palettes, full size pigments, glitter/normal eyeliners, just bits & bobs really. Mine is from The Range

When it comes to cotton products such as cotton pads, cotton buds, etc. I like them to be in a sterile & closed jar. I put a bit of holographic silver ribbon round the neck of the jar to make it look pretty. Mine are from Ikea

It's abit sad, but my perfume doesn't really have a home yet. I store mine ontop of my Malm drawers.

Last but not least are my collection of facial products & Lipglosses. I have seen this storage tray on everyones blog or storeage videos! It is great because it allows your lipglosses to stand up. The plastic inserts with holes can be removed, so the choice is yours. This was also from Ikea.

Lush: Party Popper Bath.

Hi everyone,
I just used my Party popper ballistic by Lush. The scent of this one is quite fruity & fresh. This includes ingredients such as: honeydew melon, bergamot oil, tangerine oil, coconut oil & rose oil. Some special add ons are the popping candy & confetti. It wasn't visually spectacular, but it filled the room with a gorgeous tropical scent & made my skin soft. At first the water was a pastel blue & pastel pink colour. Then it blended into a pinkish/lilac colour.

Lush: Crackersnap Bath.

Hi Lovelies,
I had the best bath using Lush's Crackersnap ballistic! The scent is really citrus. It turns your water a gorgeous lime green colour. Some ingredients are: lemongrass oil, rosewood oil, popping candy & bergamot oil. What i really loved were the surprises you got inside. I got a joke, a party hat & a re-usable crocodile bubble bar. All in all i think this is a great idea It was £7.50, i brought mine from the Lush website. Unfortunately they were limited edition for Christmas, but i'm really hoping lush brings them back next year. Have you tried this ballistic? What do you think?

Illamasqua Pure Pigment Look: Beguile, Chasm & Android.

Hi Sweeties,

Today im instructing on how to re-make this look. Below you will find some photos of the look & the products i used. I hope you like this post :)

I started with my eye make-up so i didn't get fall out on my foundation. I applied MAC paint in bare canvas all over the lid right up to the brow bone (this will help your pigment to stay all day). Then i moved onto the eyeshadow. I made my brush damp (this makes pigments more vibrant on the eyelid) applied Illamasquas Pure Pigment in Beguile (White) on the inner third of the eye. Chasm (Turquoise) was then applied to the middle section of the eye & blended into Beguile. Lastly Android (Black) was applied to the outer third of the eye & blended really well into Chasm. The key to a beautiful make up look is blend, blend & blend. For eyeliner i used EyeKo liquid eyeliner in black on the top lashline. To really open up the eye i applied MAC Fascinating Eye Kohl to the bottom waterline. Lastly for the eyes i applied two coats of Diorshow Extase Mascara.

Moving on to the face i put on my foundation La Prairie Skin Caviar Foundation In Porcelain Blush. I also dabbed abit of concealer under my eyes. I set this with MAC's Prep+Prime Transparent Finishing Powder. To warm up my complexion i used MAC's Mineralized Skin Finish in ''Light Year'' on the apples of my cheeks. To high light i added MAC's Mineralized Skin Finish In Lightscapade on my cheekbones. The last thing to do was put on lipstick, i used a natural shade as the eyes were quite dramatic. The shade i used was 646 Wild by Dior.

La Prairie Skin Caviar Foundation & Concealer SPF In Porcelain Blush

Lush: Ocean Salt Review.

Hi guys,
I'm reviewing Lush's ocean salt facial scrub. This exfoliant is great for all skintypes. You can use it as it is for a more intense scrub or add water so its abit more gentle. It left my skin feeling very smooth, but not dry. When you first purchase ocean salt you have to mix all the ingredients well before use. Ingredients include: fine & course sea salt, fresh grapefruit infusion, fresh organic lime extracted in vodka, lime oil, seaweed absolute & violet leaf absolute. £6.95 for 100g.
